Retraining
Retraining is a bachelor's degree (master's) degree in another specialty on the basis of the obtained higher education not lower than the bachelor's degree and practical experience.
Retraining at our university is carried out in a shorter time according to an individual schedule. The term of retraining depends on the amount of retraining program for a particular applicant and is, as a rule, 1.5-3 years at the Bachelor level, and another 1.5 years (if necessary) continuing retraining at the master's level.
Professional development
Professional development is a specialized improvement in the education and professional development of a person through the deepening, expansion and updating of his professional knowledge, skills and abilities on the basis of the acquired earlier educational level and practical experience. Upon completion of advanced training courses, state-issued certificates are issued.
