The objective
of the programme is promote the renewal and internationalization of higher education in the partner countries (Norway, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan).
Priorities
- developing strong and lasting partnerships through cooperation between higher education institutions in Norway and partner countries.
- improving the links between higher education, public and private sectors in the partner countries;
- Implementation of reforms associated with the Bologna Process;
- increase the mobility of students and staff between the partner countries.
