The goal of the project
Is to address society demand for high qualified specialists in electronic and computer engineering by introducing integrated model-oriented approach for smooth and effective evolvable cooperation and communication between academia and industry by 2016.

- Student's and postgraduate startups are supported
- In case of ONPU Institute of the computer systems the school of startups «International R&D and StartUP School» is open (http://intstartupschool.com/) ( S. Antoshchuk)
- The student's club of inventors is organized: 59 applications for the useful models (13) and inventions (46) with an involvement of 70 students and graduate students of Institute of computer systems are submitted. 34 patents of Ukraine for 21 inventions and 13 useful models are taken already out ( A. Drozd)
- A competition of the youth innovative SpringUp 2016 (http://opu.ua/eng/news/1288) projects is held ( S. Nesterenko)
- The training is developed for creation and development of student's startups ( A. Drozd, Prof. D. Mayevsky, PhD students E. Stetsyk, D. Stetsyk)
- Gained development student's and postgraduate a startup projects:
- Start-up project “Mevics” aimed at the correct development of a backbone of people received $ 500 000 of investments (Students V. Laushtan, V. Morzhanov, M. Tribunsky)
- Start-up project “PulseGuard” directed to support to people with cardiovascular diseases and to their not indifferent surrounding (Students І. Baklikov, O. Reshetnyk, Prof. A. Drozd)
- Start-up project “SmartHome” devoted to lowering of level of concern for the house: Automatic control of the house; Remote monitoring of the house; Supporting the modes of safety and energy saving (Postgraduate students S.S. Surkov, Associated Prof. A.N. Martynyuk)
- Start-up project “Improving the quality of electricity in power cables” aims to develop practical recommendations for the achievement of specified indicators of quality of electric energy in the cable networks (D. Maevsky, Postgraduate student O. Semenyug)
- Cases on each of projects startups for publication in the book supported by the project are prepared
- Stability of development of the project is provided with its eligibility and synergy among with others Tempus and Erasmus + projects
- The Resource approach developed within Tempus of projects is the basis for development of the project: TEMPUS SAFEGUARD «National Safeware Engineering Network of Centres of Innovative Academia-Industry Handshaking» (158886-TEMPUS-1-2009-1-UK-TEMPUS-JPCR) и TEMPUS GREENCO «Green Computing & Communications» (530270-TEMPUS-1-2012-1-UK-TEMPUS-JPCR).
- Student's the startup projects “Mevics”, “PulseGuard”,“SmartHome”, “Improving the quality of electricity in power cables” follow from Tempus SAFEGUARD и GREENCO and gain further development in smart houses and the cities of the project ERASMUS+ ALIOT “Internet of Things: Emerging Curriculum for Industry and Human Applications” (573818-EPP-1-2016-1-UK-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP)
