The objective of the project
To enhance the institutional capacity of its partner universities in international research, educational cooperation and innovation. It specifically aims at developing policies and activities driving and fostering a structured transnational academic collaboration in the fields of environment, energy and sustainable development.

Results
- Prepare more than 120 researchers and administrators.
- Providing improved educational opportunities and vocational training for vulnerable and socially disadvantaged students and scholars.
- Promotion of joint cooperation in the field of higher education between the EU partners and neighboring eastern countries to transfer knowledge, know-how and experience.
