From October 28 to November 1, 2024, representatives of the Odesа Polytechnic National University participated in an international seminar under the INTERADIS project, "Integration and Adaptation of Foreign Students." The event was organized by the Netherlands Business Academy in Dordrecht and brought together representatives from four European and seven Ukrainian universities, creating a unique platform for experience exchange and discussion of Ukraine's development prospects within the context of European Union integration.
The seminar program included various leadership training sessions, meetings with partner organizations, as well as discussions on strategies and solutions aimed at successfully integrating foreign students into Ukrainian universities. Funded by the European Union within the Erasmus+ program, the INTERADIS project aims to support Ukrainian universities in creating conditions for the adaptation and integration of international students.
The experience gained during the seminar will be a valuable contribution to the project’s implementation at Odesa Polytechnic, promoting the adoption of best European practices and strengthening cooperation with international partners.
