For the students of the 2nd and the 3rd year of the Ukrainian-Spanish Institute. A contest for the participation in the mobility programme Erasmus + KA107 is announced with the partner universities of ONPU in Spain

Conditions of mobility

  1. Type - built-in studies.
  2. Levels of education: undergraduate (grado).

  2. Duration of studies - 5 months. (autumn semester)

Requirements for contestants

  1. Language: Spanish (level not lower than B1), confirmed by diplomas DIE, DELE, SIELE, certificates of the USI ONPU and Spanish partner universities.
  2. Academic: the average score for the previous study period at the ONPU >85 on the 100-point ECTS scale.

Organization of the contest

  1. Committee of the competitive commission:

 - Vice-rector of scientific and pedagogical work prof. Nesterenko S.A.;

 - Vice-rector of international affairs, an assoc. prof. Shobik V.S.;

 - the director of the USI prof. Hutyria S.S.;

  - Chief of the International Department, Khumarova E.V.,

- the secretary of the commission , the methodologist Galzman A.V.;

The decision of the commission is approved by the rector of ONPU prof. Oborsky G.A.

  1. Stages of the contest in ONPU:

     - preparation and submission of documents for the check to the secretary of the commission;

- Interview: 11.04. 2019, at 13:30, office 202 Admin. build.

Documents of the participants

  1. Reference from the Dean's Office about the status of the student of ONPU.
  2. Certificate of academic achievement of the student for the whole previous period of study at ONPU with indication of the average score.
  3. Documents attesting to the Spanish language proficiency level.
  4. Europass (in English).
  5. Individual student mobility curriculum for UPV in the autumn semester of 2019 indicating the number of ECTS credits. The basis for the formation of mobility curriculum is the curriculum for a student specialty in ONPU. As a result, a table of academic disciplines is formed for 30 ... 35 ECTS credits, including Spanish at the level of B1..B2. The preliminary agreement of the student's curriculum in ONPU is confirmed by the visas of the head of the graduation department and the director of the USI.
  6. Motivation letter (in Spanish): reflects the professional, educational and individual achievements of the student, reveals the value for the contestant of the selected educational programme, the prospects for applying knowledge, the ability to think logically, argue, and persuade.
  7. Characteristics: two curators (professor of the Spanish language and graduating department).
  8. Annexes to the indicated documents: copies of diplomas of participants in scientific, subject etc. olympiads, competitions, conferences, scientific articles, certificates of training in summer schools, responses of responsible persons about volunteer work, public work, etc.
  9. Copy of the passport, expiring no earlier than a year after the competitive selection.

The deadline for filing documents for the contest is the 11th of April, 2019.

The results of the competition will be published on the site of the USI ONPU in the form of the contestants' rating table.
