April 12, 2019, on the Day of Aviation and Astronautics, the summing up of the All-Ukrainian Student Contest "Aviator 2019" was held, in which, before awarding a certificate for a trip to the International Aerospace Salon of Le Bourget in France, a student of the "Applied Mechanics" specialty of the Odesa National Polytechnic University, Natalia Pangа.
This year, 8.5 thousand students from 50 aviation and technical institutions of higher education of Ukraine took part in the large-scale educational project «Aviator 2019». Odesa National Polytechnic University presented eight participants, two of whom reached the final. Among the hundred winners of the project was a student of the specialty "Applied Mechanics" of Odesa National Polytechnic University, a member of the Formula team ONPU student Natalia Panga.
Under the direction of the supervisor, Ph.D., associate professor of the department of dynamics, machine durability and materials resistance of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the Odesa National Polytechnic University, the curator of the Formula team is ONPU student A.M. Limarenko in the final of the contest a student presented her project “Clearing Space from Garbage”, which the jury noted.
Odesa National Polytechnic University for the third year in a row is among the winners, among whom are all also participants in the Formula student ONPU.
