The CRH Group (Cement Roadstone Holding CRH), founded in 1970 in Ireland, is currently among the three largest manufacturers of building materials in the world and is a leader in the Ukrainian cement market. The company uses new technologies in the production of cement in factories:

Company SRH pays great attention to the development and support of students and young specialists. In 2015, CRH Ukraine introduced an internship program for graduates and university students. During 4 years of the program's existence, 38 interns in specialties: engineers - technologists, mechanics, electricians, electronics, mining engineers, mine surveys, economists, logistics, logistics and labor protection specialists took part in it. They were selected among the best graduates of various universities of Ukraine from Kyiv, Lviv, Kamyanets-Podilsky, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Ternopil, Sumy, Nikolaev, and Kryvy Rih. In 2017, the program became internationally recognized, so the best trainees got an opportunity to continue to become acquainted with progressive world practices abroad.
The internship is paid, lasts for one year and is carried out on the basis of one of the most modern cement production plants in Europe at PJSC "Podilsky cement" (Kamyanets-Podilskyi). During this period, the program participants will familiarize themselves with all business processes, working with the European team of specialists within the framework of the real production process.
