From 11 to 13 May 2019, the 3rd All-Ukrainian Olympics among education and science workers took place in Pushcha-Voditsa in order to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, to attract teachers to active sports activities, the development of physical education and sports in the educational environment.
More than 150 people from 15 regions of Ukraine took part in the competition. Among the participants – 90 teachers, 25 representatives of institutions of out-of-school education and 20 representatives of institutions of higher education, 8 associate professors.
The organizer of the competition is the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Education and Science of Ukraine, co-organizers – the Futsal Federation of Kiev.
Three days were exciting fights on futsal flooring. According to the results of the first day of competition, two leagues were formed. The first competed for the main trophy, the second – for the small cup.
Rewarding participants of the competition was held by the Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union, Chairman of the Organizing Committee Lubov Garbarenko, Chairman of the Futsal Federation of Kiev Ruslan Khobotov and Chief Judge of the competitions Vitaly Lozinsky, who summed up the three days of exciting and emotional competitions for the champions cups.
The winner of the Small Cup in the All-Ukrainian Futsal Competition was the team of the Odesa region. The team was represented by physical education teachers from the Razdelnyansky district, Dolzhansky Yaroslav, Korolenko Denis, Kravchenko Oleg, Leonov Pavel, Popov Maxim, Slobodyan Ivan, Shagamaga Alexander (winners of the regional sports contest) and teachers of the Odesa National Polytechnic University Alexander Levinsky, Alexander Limarenko. The winners of our university were awarded diplomas of the ONPU rector.
