Paper formatting:
All papers must be original, and not simultaneously submitted to another magazine or conference.
Full papers in English are encouraged, with a length of 10-15 pages.
Articles should be submitted as MS Word (.docx) files using the new one-column CEUR format.

All authors must provide meaningful affiliations and include their ORCID in the paper.
At least one author should hold a PhD/Dr.Sc. in Computer Science and have at least 4 papers indexed in DBLP (https://dblp.org/).
Each paper may have no more than 4 authors.
A single individual may submit no more than 2 papers.
Paper submission:
Documents must be submitted in the Easy Chair system.
For each paper, the author must type, fill out, manually sign and scan the Аuthor Agreement.
Submitting a scan of the completed author and signing the Agreement of the author in the form of a jpg file.
For each paper, the submitting author must complete registration form.
Publishing and indexing:
The ICST-2025 production is submitted for online publication in a separate volume of CEUR Conference Proceedings (Aachen, Germany, ISSN 1613-0073), indexed by Scopus and DBLP.
Selected articles in expanded form will be published in a collective monograph.
