From 23 to 26 July 2019 in the Odesa National Polytechnic University in the framework of the IX International Summer School ONPU «Chaikа» held a training course «Fundamentals of project management», which is a traditional event of our school.
The training was carried out by a well-known specialist of Ukraine and Belarus in the field of project management and strategic management, assessor of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) Dmitry Lukyanov.
During the training more than 20 ideas were generated. For the four projects that aroused the interest of the participants, teams were formed according to the principle of the greatest involvement in the development of the corresponding project. During the training, initial plans for the management of these projects were developed using the recommendations of the PMI PMBOK standard. The final show of the projects took place in front of the jury – the best project #SaveOdessa was selected, which is aimed at preserving the historical heritage and developing the tourist potential of Odesa.
