Logistics Coordinator

We are a USA-based logistics company providing services across North America region. The company has offices in the USA, Mexico, Poland and now we are also hiring in Odesa.
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator
What we offer

• 3,5 USD/per hour (netto)+commission (for dispatcher position)
• paid internship
• 16:00 — 01:00 or 23:00 — 08:00 shift
• Nice office in the city center, Troitska st.
• Taxi compensation

Your responsibilities

• working with internal logistics systems
• making sure delivery process goes smoothly, giving great customer experience to our clients
• update the current location and status of drivers in the database
• answer calls/emails from clients or brokers
• monitoring of applications for transportation
• clarification of all details with drivers and transport brokers

Our requirements

• English (B2-C1)
• Good with PC, experience with MS Office or G Suit is desirable
• Any experience in Logistics or working in the US-based companies is a big plus
