Junior Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Junior Lead Generation Manager to support our Sales & Business Development team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their career to learn and grow into tech sales. 
Our company develop software in physical security domain (smart cameras, locks, intercoms, alarm systems, etc.). This is a full-time permanent job, and we expect for long-term cooperation since we are ready to teach you everything. So this position is for recent graduates or final-year students. 

What you’ll do:
• Generate Leads: Research and identify new B2B prospects via LinkedIn, associations, exhibitions, websites.
• Outreach: You will learn and Execute outbound outreach( email, LinkedIn, forms, light calling optional).
• CRM Support: Keep our CRM organized and up to date with clean, consistent data.
• Reporting: Create simple reports on lead status, outreach activities, and pipeline growth.
• Support Sales Events: organize meetings during industry events, and trade shows. 

You bring:
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing workflows (internship or coursework is OK!).
• Good research and data-handling skills.
• Strong communication in English (B2+) — written and verbal.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, or tech.
• Persistents and willing to work towards a result, raising the bar day by day.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with CRM software.
• German language skills.
• Interest in security, IoT, or hardware/software industries.
