Project objectives
Education, training, capacity building and networking actions to strengthen Ukrainian and EU nuclear research.
Project goals
The NURECAB project is divided on 6 Work Packages:
- WP1 - NUCLEAR EDUCATION ENHANCEMENT: IDENTIFYING GAPS AND STRENGTHENING PATHWAYS
- WP2 - STAFF TRAINING FOR UA EURATOM STAKEHOLDERS
- WP3 - STRENGTHENING NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
- WP4 - CAPACITY BUILDING OF YOUTH
- WP5 - COMMUNICATION, DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION
- WP6 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION.
Expected results of the project
- 2 new courses per involved University will be developed.
- Improvement of the knowledge of the University staff in the specific area of nuclear physics and technologies.
- 2 workshops with focus on cooperation between education, industry and research in nuclear sector of Ukraine.
- Increasing of Master students involvement in research. Strengthening of Mobility and research activity among Master students and PhD students. Close gaps with formal education systems and/or the labour market. attraction of young generation to nuclear physics departments at Ukrainian Universities
- Creation of the tools for project communication and dissemination activities
- Agreement documentation and reporting. Quality control of project implementation.
